A few weeks ago, Fisher Island Club Executive Chef Stephane Caporal and celebrity chef Michael Chiarello hosted an intimate Napa-style dinner for Club Members at the Vanderbilt Mansion.
The dinner featured delectable culinary creations such as Cavatelli e Gamberoni, made of Gulf prawns with ricotta and Santa Barbara sea urchin pasta, and Carre d’Agnello alla Griglia, a Cabernet-grilled rack of lamb.
