“Best of the Best” at South Beach Wine & Food Festival

Fisher Island Club Executive Chef Stephane Caporal participated in last Friday’s “Best of the Best” event at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach during the South Beach Wine & Food Festival. At the event, guests had the opportunity to sample one of his favorite culinary creations – Cauliflower Panna Cotta topped with Siberian Osetra Caviar.
