2015 is an exciting year to visit Germany, my home country. This year marks the 25th anniversary of German unity after the Berlin Wall came down in 1990, and there will be a number of reunification celebrations occurring across the country. The lesser known city of Leipzig will also be celebrating its 1,000 year anniversary with galas, fairs and more.
